This has happened to me quite a lot in the short time I've been playing Blood Bowl 2. Is it supposed to be random or is it scripted to do this under certain circumstances?

This has happened to me quite a lot in the short time I've been playing Blood Bowl 2. Is it supposed to be random or is it scripted to do this under certain circumstances?

everything in blood bowl is rng, everything revolves around rolling d6es
(although the campaign might have a few scripted rolls, i can't remember, it's been several years since i did it)

the 'block' dice is basically just a d6, and the skull (attacker down) is basically rolling a 1. so when you get double skulls it's essentially rolling the accursed snake eyes

in my case there i had enough of a strength advantage (several players vs a **** weak 2 strength goblin) to get 3 dice, and i STILL ROLLED ONLY SKULLS
truly a cursed day
