It's actually so easy I could program a bot to do it.
It helps that I played Doom originally and I know the keys.
Hold alt and push left arrow. You slide left to the wall and pick up more ammo than you'll need.
Then fire once to **** everyone off.
Wait a couple of seconds until the marines show up, and they'll amble into your firing line.
Hold down the spacebar until three die.
Wiggle the aimpoint back and forth by pushing left and right arrow keys in short taps if you need to.
You'll get three kills in a few seconds.
