Ark was really stupid for this. There was a key you could press to make your character poop. It came across really childish and pointless.

The Sims games have had it forever and it's done in a more normal way.

Would be interesting to see this kind of mechanic put into an MMO along with hunger and thirst. I just hate how developers make it so your character has to do these things every 5 minutes.
