Decided to actually give this game a go. And, boy, is it not good. It's like AC Black Flag and Witcher 2 had an AIDS baby with progeria.
Ship combat is bad and melee combat is worse. It feels like the MC has glass ankles because this son of a ***** loses half his health from a 5 foot drop.
Also, way too many crashes. I fiddled around with graphics until it sorta kinda looked okay, but I still got horrendous framerate drops no matter the settings. Like, I can set resolution to 1366 x 768 and all the graphic settings to 0/10 and the game still would perform horribly. One time it made my GPU make sounds that I've never heard before until the PC just rebooted by itself. Another time the game got stuck showing me the top left 1/8 of the screen. Crazy ****.
But at least it has fancy reflections, lmao.

Anyway, don't play this garbage. Just play AC Black Flag if you want some actually fun pirate adventures.
