"Games" that have more cutscene than gameplay

No hyperbole, I want to see some real jap ****

The Bouncer, a near-launch title for PS2 by Squaresoft. A single playthru is about ~45 minutes of cutscenes, and ~40 minutes of gameplay.

A lot of Snoy titles are notorious for this, no? All the cinematic slop, like Uncharted and ****.

If I remember right, Wolfenstein: The New Order was about 7 hours long in normal difficulty, with over 3 hours of cutscenes.

Persona 5 is the king of this as far as I know (stats are base P5 not Royal, not sure how it changes on Royal)
