You guys like to obsess over colour of skin but you're fixating on what's explicit rather than taking into consideration the implicit. Skin colour is just one identifier of ancestry and whether or not you group ancestries in a taxonomic fashion, doesn't change the fact that racial differences do exist and there will be real world consequences for ignoring those differences.
Even in mixed people, skin colour communicates ancestry or admixture, although I'd never want to rely on that one indicator. The biggest differences between races are neurological, but that doesn't mean there aren't differences between different groups of White people, from different selective pressures over the generations.
