I don't think I've ever played a bad Spider-Man game. The Mary Jane sections in the newer ones suck, but that's not a dealbreaker.

the only good spider-man games are the PS2/XBOX era Spider-Man 2 game, specifically the PS2/XBOX one because the PC version was different and was ****. And this one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider-Ma ... ideo_game) which has a good PC version I played a lot as a kid.

I don't know how anyone could say that Web of Shadows isn't good. It has the best web slinging mechanics of any Spider-Man game. Just swinging around the city is fantastic in that game.

Is there an example of a mobile port to PC that wasn't a complete trash game?
I see little reason for Steam to not outright ban these sorts of games. I can already read the kneejerk "censorship!", but it's not censorship anymore than Steam rejecting listing physical boardgames. These aren't PC games.
I tried really hard to think of one but they've all been garbage, like the Final Fantasy 4 Remake port from its mobile version with the ******* battles locked to 15fps.

There's a PC port coming for the iOS "apple arcade" game Fantasian, jrpg made by ex hironobu sakaguchi. Maybe this will be the first port of a mobile game to PC that is done well.

Spider-Man is part of the Marvel Universe. Marvel (and DC, for that matter) is filled with superhero garbage. Ergo, Spider-Man is capeshit. :smug:

The recent Marvel Snap release but I am sure some would say card games are trash.

Imagine a MtG player who learned a real card game like poker and gambled to pay for his magic cards, because somehow good cards are worth as much as a car or a vacation.

All good card players cheat a game or two, the good ones just aren't caught. They don't get greedy.

Not only should you be cheating at multiplayer games, you have a duty to cheat.

The only games you shouldn't cheat in are singleplayer games, because you're the one being cheated by cheating.

Another SKALD dev update, and still no mention of a release date. Do indie devs count in the "inability of developers to make games" thread?

(The new lighting does look nice, though.)

No, indie devs aren't real devs in the first place, so their inability to make a game is normal and expected and actually successfully making a game is thus a feat worthy of note.
