They seem really really slow
Another question.
Is the chapel something like this?
β–Ί Show Spoiler
That is, it has no windows an adult could squeeze through and a few doors?
Maybe I'll pop up a drawing of it sometime after but suffice to say for now that the foundations and lower walls are stone and the upper walls and roof are made of wood, same goes for the tower that Kal climbed.

On windows, there are a few small ones but large enough for a small adult to squeeze through but they are up high and some hard surface climbing would be needed. Or a ladder or something. You can always enter the Church through the door, if you escape the cemetary through the enclosure gate.

I don't mean to be anti climactic but can't we just all outrun these slugs? They're slugs.
They move slow overall but in jerky, spasmic movements. Maybe you can outrun them.

Gonna be a bad look for us if we walk by these slugs a mile out from town and then they munch on a woman foraging berries or some kids playing outside of town.
If the encirclement can be broken and the party is able to outpace the slugs, we could use ranged weapons to pick them off. Image
This is possible to try, I encourage all creative strategies and tactics and let the consequences be the results of the dice rolling.

Okey, guess I'm providing covering melee.

You're always the first to become impatient! The next post is in the works, and I wish I had finished it already but a lot of stuff is going on that is distracting me. Please be patient.

Not sure where you will be going, but the image of you writing as you observe some beautiful scenery or landscape, whatever that may be, is a beautiful one. I hope, if it is something that could indeed be this way, that it gets you inspired! Creating while outside, or able to even just look outside, even just towards moving scenery, I think it's one of the most wonderful feelings in the world.

There will be a lot of nature for me to see in the trip, so I hope it happens as you describe. Thanks for following along the campaign!

Soon we won't need holy water to make sure the game stays dead.
Pity. I began to look forward to Epstein's Dumbledore's Felix's army.

There wasn't any update for a month. A month! Cry 'Decline' and let slip the dogs of shamefur dispray.
Now only striptease or rebellion could rekindle audience interest in the thing.
I'm talking about my EOFS LP, of course. There was a half-naked chick in the last update, but I'm afraid it won't be enough (it was a doppelganger).

The black worms leapt into our arms, slobbering us with love as we caressed their eyestalks. We became proud owners of giant worms. We walk them to the park at night after work and take them to competitions on the weekends. Truly a happy ending.

Hah! I'm liking the creativity of some of you guys. @SpellSword sent me a message recently with suggestions for the next post and some are quite good. Now let me pick the game back from where I left it....

Yes, you can! The second chapter is just starting. Go to the first post and see the stuff you should read and make a character here: viewtopic.php?t=3636-iren-s-pbp-character-creation

Let's finish him in the Character Creator thread? My idea is him appearing in town near the combat with the animated corpses and skeletons or appearing in the forest near the combat with the giant slugs - your choice.

You may do it.
But we won't play, until Irenaeus stops being high on all the jew threads and gets back here.

An introduction would be great. Be sure to read chapter 2 to understand the situation the adventurers are in. We will go from there.

One that I make myself is my understanding. I already have an idea about why I'd be here and how to get into the fight, I'll do it tomorrow.

Bless you, a nat 20 is a helluva way to get introduced.
