I have no idea what the status of the emulator itself is, maybe someone else can figure it out. :turtle:

Anyone here actually play it when it was live?

Guy I saw playing it:

While I played at launch, that was 20+ years ago, so my memory is fairly shot of details. Haha.

I do remember going pretty hard for the first few months, as mmos were a new concept to me. I also remember regretting my initial class choice of Trader and switching to the Warrior class about half way to the 150 cap. Unfortunately, this put me so far behind my friends, I got disheartened and ended up dropping the game a few months in.

I do remember liking the concept of the Explorer and Trader classes but found their execution odd. Whereas the Warrior played like most games I was used to. Meaning combat first.

That said, I don't know if it was this specific emulator, but I did try an EnB emu a while ago and distinctly remember it's controls were clunkier than I remembered and I couldn't get back into it. Watching videos certainly brings back a wave of nostalgia but Im not sure it'd last more than a play session or two.

I was in the beta, but it was down constantly and ran so poorly that I got nowhere.

Trader seems like an odd choice of a class to put in the game, considering that in most games, trading isn't a class-based thing at all, since other players are very unlikely to care about your class, only whether or not you have wares. Like the saying goes, Khajiit has wares if you have coin.
