Because you can't legally enter into a contract with an illegal alien.
There's no law forbidding someone from renting a building to foreigners. Whether or not they can legally enter the country to inhabit the building that they're renting isn't your concern. They're still legally allowed to rent the building.
There will be. And I will report you to la policia when its in effect. :whip:

Well, under the current rules, there is not only no such law, but inquiring about such a thing or even reporting someone to ICE if you suspect they're illegal is actually discriminatory.

But if they don't pay their rent, and they ALSO happen to be illegal, it does make it much easier to evict them now.

Romney was right that they'd self deport if you make their life **** enough btw. Throw everyone employing them in prison, absolutely no government aid, throw landlords who rent to them in prison, etc.,
Why SHOULDN'T landlords rent to them? Rent to them, and then if they don't pay up, get them deported.
Occupying white residences and contributing to inflating rent prices by being part of the infinite supply of worthless renters that make it impossible for someone to bargain for lower rent.

It's not the landlord's job to deal with that, though. In fact, that'd constitute a potentially illegal, discriminatory practice. If you want a building cleared up, it's not the landlord's job to do it: Just report them to ICE yourself, since it's not illegal for YOU to do it, and when they get deported, you can then pounce on the opening.

The game looks like it could be good with an England race fix mod but its too early to tell. It could be just as much goyslop as Outer Worlds 2.

More like BioShock meets Arcanum than what Chad Moore said about it; Vampire: Bloodlines meets Arcanum.

It will be interesting to see the differences in Microsoft's internal satisfaction levels regarding The Outer Worlds 2, Starfield, Avowed, and Clockwork Revolution at that point. :P
