A couple of my friends pestered me into picking up Forza Horizon 4 again, I do have to agree that driving aimlessly through Britain is kind of relaxing.

This is why you don't buy remakes.

I think that's an AMD GPU issue.

Devil Spire Falls:
dsf7.jpg
Horsey!
dsf8.jpg
Horsey is my fren!
dsf9.jpg
Horsey horsey horsey horse—
dsf10.jpg
Jesus, I went over one tiny hill. Horses suck. Anyhow, I can run faster anyway.
dsf11.jpg
Right now most of the landmass is a vast, empty nothing, but you can enjoy different biomes of nothingness, like snow.
dsf12.jpg
Not much left to do, but go hit the Devil Spire. So far, nothing has been able to really hurt me and I've never died so I'm sure I'm ready.
dsf13.jpg
Who the hell puts their tower in the middle of the ocean?
dsf14.jpg
There's no stairs so you need to climb up the walls to reach the doors.
dsf15.jpg
The tower's only inhabitants are inhumans, which are ugly meat looking things with swords. Despite being level 40, they couldn't put a dent in me and I hit so hard that they died in a few swings.
dsf16.jpg
After getting lost for almost an hour and realizing I could smash down locked doors with my weapon, I found big bad.
dsf17.jpg
He hit me for 20 damage, one time. Otherwise I was able to stun lock him because of my swing speed. The spire itself is also loaded with very powerful goodies so I traded up my copper axe for an obsidian. Anyone who's played Might and Magic knows that obsidian is the best gear even though DSF has nothing to do with M&M.
dsf18.jpg
He had some really nice loot, not that it mattered much.
dsf19.jpg
Time to wrap things up.
dsf20.jpg
I win! Only thing left to do now is try some different builds. There's only one background in the game right now so I think this is the only ending you can get. You can keep playing afterwards, but you've practically seen everything DSF has to offer right now.

Wolfenstein (2009)

Inside the Nazi factory.

One of the gimmicks of 2009 Wolf are magical veil powers that let you do stuff like bullet time, shields, and crap like that. Tomes of Power let you get upgrades for them and since Raven helped produce the game the tomes are dead ringers for the ones in Heretic and Hexen. Nice little callback.

I actually like how it looks. I miss when RPGs used to take heavy influence from adventure games.

Forgot to add that this is the precursor to the original runescape.
Either way, I miss verbs. Fallout's action cursor is similar.
