Fishin' games

I never did it in OSRS, but it had a bunch of fishing stuff like trawling that's probably not bad

I thought that Warframe's spear fishing in the open world zone on Earth was neat. You could see fish in the water and could hop along the rocks following them and then aim trying to predict their path and throw the spear and it would physically hit (or miss). Much more satisfying than your usual bait and line fishing which is usually presented as a separate minigame from regular character control in the world.

It was fun for about a week and then I realized I never wanted to do it or any of the other make-work crap they'd come up with for their lame sandbox areas ever again. I didn't play Warframe to fish or ride hoverboards or relocate animals or any of that other stupid ****.

River King games, they are fishing JRPG and most of them are only available in japanese though.
