That's not even the real issue for me. No character should be flawless — even Superman has his shadows and weaknesses.

Video games aren’t reality. In real life, women can’t fight, can’t lead, they’re fearful, incapable creatures. But in a video game? I can buy into a woman fighting or leading, as long as she’s well-written and/or attractive. It's fiction.

The real problem lies with how ******* are written. Writers are either too afraid or too hypocrite to portray them as actual characters — with light and darkness. They try so hard to convince us that ******* are just inherently good that they stop feeling like characters at all. Their biggest 'flaw' ends up being something dull like: 'I care too much.' That's so pathetic.

You see the same issue with the super women in Marvel — take Captain Marvel, for example. Flawless, supposedly perfect in every way. Bland, ********, and ridiculous. No one likes that except maybe real-life NPCs.

It is both things, for me.

There's nothing to "restore" with regards to post-early access content, because all that's left is some traces of it in the files. We have no idea what would have been in the uppercity, for example. And I don't want to play some modder's interpretation of it.
