Hello maybe i'm asking something ******** but i keep getting an error at the "priming VFS" step which tells me that a given key was not present in the dictionary, how do i fix this?

Delete all folders except downloads and restart your instalilation

I must be ******** then, or something:
Either it doesn't work, or I'm not following the instructions properly.

Note that this is mod installation issue is for Skyrim Special Edition, with Phoenix Flavour modlist.

No issues with a Fallout 4 modlist installation though.

Although I disagree with you on MANY things, I definitely agree with you on one thing: I don't want to give a dime to Nexus for basic functionality.

P.S. Also, I can't grasp with any part of my mind logic of people on the Wabbajack team who are trying to go out of their way to cater to big companies like Bethesda

you need to use the clean steam files version of the skyrim SE.exe and steamapi.dll, then apply the crack after installing the modlist
for nordic souls you also need an outdated mod from the authors ****** discord server

- this still doesnt bypass the speed limit of 2,5 mbps right?
- is there a way to pause the download and continue at a later time?

btw what are ur guys fav modlist for skyrim, most of them suck balls and idk what to download.

I'm having the same issue as Yoshishop, with the same key error, and I've tried deleting all the folders besides the downloads' folder, but I'm not having any luck fixing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I got the exact same "STK4THfMHzw=" key error recently when trying to install NGVO, but I managed to fix it. Not sure if this will work for you but I figured I might as well post what I did here just in case.

In the log it spit out, Wabbajack was complaining about 4 files being missing: SkyrimSE.exe, steam_api64.dll, Data_ccbgssse037-curios.bsa, and Data_ccbgssse037-curios.esl.
The first two were just because I had a Codex crack already applied to the game, so all I had to do was replace the .exe and .dll with the clean Steam files (you can reapply the crack once the install is finished). For the last two, some lists that require all the CC content, like NGVO, apparently don't like certain versions of Rare Curios. In the Skyrim thread on CS RIN, there's a user there with a Mediafire link in his signature that contains all the different versions of Rare Curios (he also has clean Steam files for Skyrim if you need them). The "v1.6.640 - v1.6.1170 and up" version is the one that ended up working for me. Wabbajack installed NGVO just fine after that.

Hopefully this helps you or whoever else might be lurking here with the same issue. This is an insanely based tool and it feels great not having to give Nexus a single penny.

You'll want to look in the "CSF" folder for the clean Skyrim files, just grab the .rar with "AE v1.6.1170" in the name (any Wabbajack modlists that need an earlier version should automatically downgrade for you I think, so no need to download an old version). For the different Rare Curios versions, look in the other Skyrim folder for a "CC" folder and download the "Rare Curios (3 versions)" file that's in it.

Nordic Souls works fine on a cracked game, but it's a good idea to start with legit files first, because NS will downgrade the game to v1.5.97. Once install is complete, then you can apply a crack to the \Nordic Souls\Game Root folder. I used the Codex crack and it worked fine.

It's always a good idea to use legit files when installing a Wabbajack modlist. While not all modpacks downgrade the game or even check for legit files, some do, and even with Wabbajack Unlocked, will not install if the files aren't the right ones.

I've got several posts on cs.rin where I show how to crack various modpacks for Skyrim, Fallout 4, TTW, and Cyberpunk 2077. Every one I've tried was very easy to crack, and at least one actually installed on a cracked game and I didn't have to do anything to get it working without Steam.

Rare Curios, like all other mods, goes in the \Data folder.

Looks like I'll have to find another source of the installation files, as I have a repack version, which automatically installs the crack.

WJ has been updated to 4.0.3.0, as such WJ Unlocked will also update to that version if you let it, and it will cease to be WJ Unlocked, unless you do the following:

Block \Wabbajack.exe (the launcher) in your firewall, though you must allow \4.0.2.0\Wabbajack.exe to get out.

Doing this will prevent updating, while still allowing WJ Unlocked to function normally.
