You could always make the requirement a hybrid option of an Adventurer's Guild badge or 50+ posts or X amount of time on the forum since their first post. That way existing active members wouldn't be negatively effected.

What is the goal in temporarily preventing access to the political forum? Is it to give the new users time to acclimatize to the HQ's forum culture or to increase the focus on video game discussion?

You're so pathetic. It's hilarious how accurate I was about my assessment of why you left, and now you're back and you think you own the place.

I have done this, but to be honest, I said I don't like Baldurs Gate 1 & 2, and the scalie has never forgotten this. So if you list games that they don't like or are too normie, then you're the same.
At this point, I just outright refuse to play along by getting a badge on a matter of principle. I don't find the idea fun, I hate videogame achievements, I cringe at the thought of going to a thread and begging for a badge, but I don't go around telling people they're stupid for enjoying it.
