Temporary chat issue

Has it been one year already?!

Submitting a request to bump up the session limit for our matrix bridge to IRC, until then the bridge is probably broken. @Finarfin @Lhynn @Vergil were kicked from chat because the bot had admin status in the channel and saw you were banned on the IRC side, I re-invited you.

I'll post a status update when it's fixed

It seems it tried to ban everyone who'd spoken recently enough to still be connected on the irc.
