I would find a plugin that helps me block ******** and ******-adjacent very helpful. It's a custom field that a lot of people use for jokes, so specifically targeting the she/hers, xe/xirs would be ideal. Automatically blocking them would presumably be super intensive when joining a populated server so just having a little icon by their name so I don't have to check their profiles might be the way to go. Maybe even if you could set custom filters for profiles/names/pronouns/bios like "BLM" for instance.
