I should suggest waiting since the DLC’s are integrated to main campaign throughout all Acts and not section off to be done in one go( if you play pass certain major story points for main campaign portions of the DLC will be permanently inaccessible). Unless you don’t mind doing multiple playtroughs.

I will add that second DLC will you be integrated to the main campaign as well and all companion DLC characters are bi.

Owlcat put their Q&A for 2024.

https://owlcat.games/news/92

Largely the same answers from @The_Mask post.Only really noteworthy thing is that they definitely said there won’t be full VA in Rogue Trader.

They also endorse the Seelie mod.
Will there be more portraits for Wrath of the Righteous?

Development for Wrath of the Righteous is largely finished, so no. There's a plenty of fan made portrait packs though. We recommend taking a look online.

I do believe that making this game turn-based only was a huge mistake, since you actually don't look forward to combat scenarios because they all take forever, and combat should normally be the selling point of a war game.

The rogue trader game system in itself is absolute trash, there are way too many ******* abilities, you're forced to level up every 20 minutes and all the abilities you get are boring *** percentage increases. The plot is extremely boring too.

Any chance that they will adapt a retroclone?

Same deal here. Genuinely felt a sort of whiplash when what I expected would be an excellent combo for me barely kept me invested enough to get past the intro...

Owlcat has said the next game will be an established IP with a noticeable increase in production value ( rumoured is that it might be some type of third person shooter in a sc-if setting)

So most likely it won’t be a retroclone.

I too would be disappointed if Pathfinder 2e is what is used in the event that either Owlcat or some other studio made a new Pathfinder game, but chances are that Paizo will force that particular edition to be used regardless which is just sad.
Unhelpful Contrarian wrote: September 1st, 2024, 02:23
Pazio has made there intentions known by the next project with Ossian Studios which will be PF2e.Personally I have no interest in the game because a it’s a low level adventure 1-7 .another thing I don’t like the promotional art for the kickstarter which look like asset bought stock images. I admit I’m being harsh to say that but first impressions matter.

That adventure sucks, anyway.

You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.

Owlcat just posted there annual big survey. Most likely gauging interest for future IP adaptations and game genres.

On the survey 43. Which fiction universes/IPs do you like the most?

I like a lot certain parts of D&D like Athas, Realms of Dread, Mystara but dislike a lot Sword Coast.

Looks like Owlcat gearing up to announce the release date Lex Imperialis and their next unannounced game (most likely Dark Heresy, Black Crusade, Only War) in the warhammer skulls 2025 which is rumoured be fully VA and fully cinematic using unreal engine 5.

I still can't believe these queers put a discount on the season pass before a single DLC even came out.

Sorry did you mean to say they didn’t put a discount on the season pass before a single DLC even came out?

Will be more faithful to P&P or we will have ridiculous amount of number bloat, bad mechanics and etc?

Hahaha, under favorite IPs I put something along the lines "Old D&D, Pathfinder, Forgotten realms (before ~2009)". Actually would be interested to hear from someone more in the know - what was the rough year the aforementioned IPs started getting gay and other woke **** added to them?

W40k TTRPG focused on being agents of the Inquisition.

Yes it would be that or be the speculated high budget fully cinematic and full VA running on unreal engine 5 project, which is Owlcat attempt to chase that BG3 audience.
