What are you going to do about it? I, personally, am not going to do much of nothing, but if the OP here has the means, smarts and cojones to stand against them and be prepared and jump at them at the throat (metaphorically speaking), I am pretty happy to see that happening instead of bending over and cry "please sir, not too hard".
