How do they make things that worked for months in previous builds buggy with new patches?

For a while there, mines exploded without sound. Previous update, they broke all aiming down sight.

Now the eruptor animation doesn't activate on chambering the last round. And ONLY the last round.
And the crouch and prone commands are requiring 4 to 6 (or more) button presses to actually activate.

They clearly don't playtest their patches.
The people who worked on the game probably left.

The stratagem duping bug is hilarious and some of the most fun I've had in this game for a while.

Epoch sucks ***
Warp Pack is too much fun I fully expect it to be nerfed for no real reason
Arc grenades are whatever not enough demo force to blow up fabs or holes so they're worse than gas grenades in that aspect
Armor passive blows
Laser sentry sucks because it shoots center of mass so 90% of the time it shoots 3 chaff units and explodes
Variable is nice and has a funny meme mode just wish the ergonomics were better

The warp pack truly elevates the warbond to greatness. I was underestimating how useful it would be before I got to use it. Figured it would just be a tool to move a little more quickly and occasionally do a cool dodge but there are like a million use cases. Hope they buff the laser sentry because my typical loadout is dickle/talon/quasar/rover(warp pack now though).

I thought the warp pack would finally get me to use heavy armor. I tried it for one mission, but I wanted to vomit from rage from how slow you are.

I exclusively use the Killzone items and pretend the game takes place in a universe where they won. Simple as.

Craziest thing happened on our last HD2 run. Joined these two chinese players.... and supply pods rain down super credits.

I already had enough anyway but we walked away with +2000 (Actually it was 3000  ) credits. Then when we got back to the ship: maxed EVERYTHING else. Including samples. Geez.   My friend who's been playing for a lot longer said he's never seen anything like it.

So I did some digging... turns out, these wacko nut jobs have made a cheat engine that bypasses the stupid "cheat guard" or whatever for the game. They inject code that replaces certain objects for others as well as gives players the max amount of everything on mission end. Apparently you set this up then host the game and it works for all players.

I don't mind the super credits thing (as the devs are awful) but maxing everything else is over the top. Then again, I've just made 2 months worth of purple samples. :bounce:

Another fun thing: due to using the arrow mod, I could see absolutely nothing. It was giant purple arrows everywhere.

very cool, also tbh it's a pve game, why the **** does it even have a anti-cheat? Just abandon the mission and create another lobby.

because cheating in multiplayer games harms the game longterm, hope that helps

when other people cheat in a multiplayer pve game it devalues anything I did to earn that stuff legitimately

which is why I want cheating to be exclusive to high intelligence people, an aristocratic cheating class
