Decided to try the following build in GD. Albrecht Aether ray as main damage skill while my Briarthorn tanks and distracts the enemy. AAR is extremely powerful but eats so much energy. And Arcanists aren't exactly a good survival mastery. And decided to play it in hardcore. Since I didn't played much the Crucible DLC, I decided to play on it and see how far I can get. I completed the 100 "waves", unlocked a higher difficulty but died by a mistake.

Note that Ligrev is playing with some... let's be nice and say extremely subjective appearance and gear mods. Withers as a bishonen twink and Shadowheart as a trashy botox ***** make me gag, for example.

Note that Ligrev is playing with some... let's be nice and say extremely subjective appearance and gear mods. Withers as a bishonen twink and Shadowheart as a trashy botox ***** make me gag, for example.

I'm not bothered by particular charactets, but rather by character models in general. You can always recognise Oblivion or Warcraft models. It's the same here. And I find them unpleadant to look at.
I've googled and I think that vanilla Shadowheart is unattractive as well.
The worst of all is probably a curly-haired ****** whom Vergil had on avatar for some time.
Maybe it's not about faces per se (though they're overpolished), facial expressions look off.

what? her face? it's her default face. i think. the proposal animation is added/repurposed by the mod Really Shadowheart and it made her look slightly ******** here, you slav hater.

I deleted the game after finishing it, so i can't tell you more.

You mean black and gold? It's a classic combination.

Classically boring maybe. Modern Black spam is a sad thing to see within a fantasy medieval setting (nevermind that the color in-engine kills detailing and makes a lot of materials look plasticky). The lack of contrast between pieces also makes some outfits look like onesies, for example.

I suppose high fashion firms would approve of the color choices, though.
