It would actually, I didn't even notice the slight difference. Lip fillers are still degenerate though, bar a very little amount of exceptions where I'd say it's at least not terrible when a woman does it, like in severe cases of thin-lipsism.

yeah I used that one too for a lots of playthroughs. Havent tested yet with new update still busy with the other games.

Yes. We all know that ****** look uncanny. The idea of "erasing" sex and coming with this bogus "gender" faggotry is to make women manlier and men feminine so ****** can pass easier. ****** are 1% of the population yet you have Bioware spending time, energy and resources creating "top surgery scars" to pander to them. It's the same with "Body type". All of this is to make it so ****** are normalized.

For what purpose? Well... you need to exercise your pattern recognition and critical thinking skills to figure that one out.
