Something I think would be a cool addition and which I'd like you modders' opinion on:
What would you guys think about changing how Shart changes her hair in Act III, by making it so she always just changes her fringe and keeps the black hair like when she stays sharite. I always found that hair bleaching part kind of cringe.
Also, does this mod also make Minthara a bit darker? (May have asked this before, not sure)

This mod doesn't intend to touch companions as far as I know, so I was wondering.

We've been mulling over that Shadowheart fickle hair change nonsense. But will require dialogue edits so its not something we wanna bother with rn

They clearly added male facial features(much more angular jaw, slimmer more boyish face, etc.,)

I don't think patch 5 is the final version either, but it's clear that they did not use the same face even throughout EA

Companions are not going to be overhauled as part of RR Aesthetics. But we talked already before about making companion adjustments later on as a standalone.
First, ironing out most of the bugs in RR though. Companions in general, including Minthara, have multiple entries tackling their looks so you can pick and choose.

So are looking for softer features without the permanent scowl? That's probably the easiest part to correct, the biggest problem with Minthara is AI does not like her raspy voice at all.

Did you skip the Drow RR addon? We picked heads that are kinda fugly on purpose

I can see it too, and the first "shock" I had with this game was when they started to change Minthara as I did not recognize her anymore. I have grown quite fond of her current look and voice so I do not mind anymore (and it helps to keep my love for Early Access from seeping fully into a game that doesn't deserve it) but her Early Access look is definetly different. I do believe it may be the bangs of her hair and the eyes that give her the most difference, but am unsure. Her eyes look softer, shadowed, whereas on the image on the left she looks quite sharp, and the gathered hair I think adds to that "skin tight on the face" look, but I am very bad with faces so I am unsure. She looked "softer" before (more feminine), but still combative and somewhat boyish. Reminds me of a character archetype in movies where there is a woman that had a rough life and acts combative due to it, often with wild or shaggy hair, not sure how to explain.

Emma Gregory would have been a fantastic Narrator (she does some really good audiobook readings), and maybe a good Viconia if I didn't compare her to Grey DeLisle, but as a companion I keep looking for a cough syrup potion to fix her terminal emphysema.

The most annoying thing? There's plenty of mods to change her appearance any way you like, but all of the AI voice conversion mods that tried to make her voice less grating barely have any effect - I've seen modders comment that it's apparently really tricky to get rid of the smoker effect.

Yeah, I think it would have to be a straight up new voice. Like the mod here that replaces Wyll's voice with Anomen's. Something like that, like changing Mynthara's voice to use Grey DeLisle.

And Drow women even more so than other elves. Lolth made them to be as alluring to men(and other women) as succubi. Gorgeous, degenerate and utterly evil man-eaters, the perfect black widows. If there are any race+gender that should be absolutely beautified and given clothing and armor that are sexually tantalizing it's Drow women.
