Humbaba broke my immersion, when he posted an anime-length monologue, there's no cause for that. Its well known in the valley that orcs are called *******. He best get used to hearing strange things, because he's an outlander.

Should there be guidelines on how to format actions, dialogue, thoughts? I like how some people color code their dialogue so that it instantly draws the eye.
Thoughts could be put under the ispoiler, maybe? I'm mainly asking because I'd like to avoid literally reading other people's minds.
So, it'd be something like:

Norman takes a look around. "What a cozy place," he thinks to himself. He then walks over to the innkeeper and says: "How's it going?"
"Oh, it all makes sense now, brother."

Color coding is a good idea, most people already do that. Idk bout spoilering, using italics I think is a bit more elegant.

@Irenaeus I'm serious about not wanting to play, anymore. You don't even need to write me out, because nothing happened yet, and Humbaba's starting ****.

That Guy comes in many fascinating and unique configurations, and can generally be observed in the wild displaying one or more (often many) of the traits described below, with said traits often tragically defining their entire personality:

That Guy has a real-world, out-of-universe political agenda that they can’t leave at the door and will inflict upon everyone in their immediate vicinity. If you have a problem with that, you’re somehow the ******* who needs to be forced to bend the knee or leave.

Loudly announcing to the group that you're not serious about anything and just want to shout ****** is bad etiquette. Grow up lardass.

This is you, ******! You chose a goddam shittily-written anime monologue for your openning post, then you come here and post a haha funny theme song! You're an assclown! I was being entirely serious, and role playing. You're absolutely bewildered by your role! And you want to ***** about politics? What about the politics of this ******* forum? WHERE THE **** ARE YOU?! Nobody gave a **** about you disappearing, yesterday. It should happen more! I yell to get my point through, **********! Get used to it! You stupid ******* chose to stand by a turkroach sexpest, of all the arguments to start. Goddamit.

****** isn't anachronistic. Wrong argument. You don't even know why you're arguing, you just want to stir **** up. Well, I'm happy to do just that, because I'm That Guy. If there's a misfire in communication, its on your end, ******.

Yes. I'm going to cut to the quick: an outlander has no business telling a Ranger what he can say. If you had an immersion problem, you should have taken it to Iren through a pm, then let him tell me what he's thinking. Nobody said anything, until you lied about my intent. If you wanted my character, you should have rolled for him yourself. I'm not going to rp a madman comic relief, and I'm digging in on this, so I'm done. Play your ******* game, its your's. It belongs to you.

You could try prophecising about the rats and see what happens.
