I see in the general store prices:
Leather Armor 130
Light 50
Studded 400
Reinforced 700
@Irenaeus Is that 180 copper (130 + 50) for light leather armor and how much protection does light leather offer versus normal?

I think the fighter class comes with a free melee weapon(Rusty bronze sword), bow & a few arrows. So I'm figuring that some armor and food would be a good investment.

130cp for "average" leather, 50 for light leather
For simplicity, let's do light leather AC +1, leather AC+2, studded AC+3. reinforced AC+4. Scale mail AC +5, Chain Mail AC +6, Plate AC +7 or more...

No crossbows for sale, at least on start.The setting's region is kinda low tech, like darkest ages, where the game starts. Maybe you can find some somewhere else on the map.
Let me think about buckler/small wooden shield being AC +1, regular shield AC +2, tower or kite shield AC +3. Needs shield training skill for the bonuses in combat. Buckler should be 35 cp, shield 100 cp and bigger shields 200+ cp.

Not at all, I was just thinking that the setting should be low fantasy. It's easier for me to manage. Maybe your troll character will be a better fit for my FUTURE adventure in a high fantasy setting that I'm planning on starting next. Want to make a human one?

Throughout the majority of pre-scientific history, silver was abut 20x more common than gold, and it traded at about that ratio by weight.
Copper's ratio to silver varied, but in western Europe it was about 10x as common as silver.
Making the classic ratio of same size and weight coins 1 gold = 20 silver = 200 copper
or 1/20th gold = 1 silver = 10 copper.
This 1<-10<-100 array you have would make your gold coins twice the weight of silver or copper. Which is the inverse of history.
Generally, common use gold coins were quite a bit smaller than silver. At least half, sometimes down to 20%.
Interestingly, copper coins were also generally half the size of silver.
This, ironically, could make 1 gold = 10 silver = 200 copper, or 1/10 gold = 1 silver = 20 copper.
One of the reasons was that it was often more useful to trade in smaller denominations of gold and copper relative to silver, which was usually the spoke the money systems turned on.
