The Lego has a better haircut. Head shape is pretty comparable.

not really notice on the thing head gets smaller/narrower on top implying smaller brain kull vs face/jaw skull

TLDR: It's epic's engine, except when it isn't.

Epic's defaults means developers have to actually do some extra work for a feminine look... if they even wanted to in the first place.
