It's a complex issue, but the basics as I understand them are this.

They want something NOW. They feel it NOW.
If they do think about the future, it's not as real and much less important than right now.
Feeling bad in the future is something they have come to expect and they do not factor it into current calculations with much weight.
Because it's a future problem, and their minds go straight to "I'll figure out a way to weasel out of it, probably."

Ever notice that a black in trouble is almost robotic? You can predict what they'll do and what they'll say with high precision.
Their entire mind is bent on avoiding the consequences occurring.
Which they don't consciously think of as consequences, by the way. They just think of it as unpleasant things happening now that they must stop. They don't care why.
When you see cops mistakenly talking to them, it's entirely scripted by their society: cry about racism, cry about how they're being cruel, listen to what the cop says and try to gaslight about it.
"Maybe I can fight this policeman and win and run?" (limited foreview, they don't consider that more cops will be after them; that's a future problem.)

I think it's a capacity problem: they literally cannot multiplex. They can only process one thread, often superficially as well.
Unlike me and maybe you, they can't consciously run parallel thought streams, dealing with the immediate while assessing potentialities.
You see this reflected in their behavior everywhere if you look.
Notice the distribution of blacks in American football. See many quarterbacks? It's not racism. If the ***** could do it, they'd dominate there, too. But their athletic prowess is insufficient for the position that requires complex mental modelling as well.
Look at other team sports (ignore baseball, it's a group sport, not a team sport) and you'll see the same individual behavior, but no group leader dynamic.

Do an evaluation of movies over the decades. I have a lot of films I have collected ranging from 1913 to present (well less in the past decade or so because most of them are ****) and it is quite shocking how much propaganda is in everything and I mean everything.

It is not as cryptic as you describe: they have enough connections to not care about future, because connections guarantee them future employment. Game industry have big enough salaries so this people can afford save and live till the end of their life, because they don't have family or kids to care about, they are lonely, angry, dissatisfied corporation drones who will spend leftover money on funko pops, rainbow merchandising, whatever their consumer brain will be commanded to consume and work for corporation because it allows them to put rainbow propaganda in its product. They don't care about future of their workplace because they will have another workplace to get salaries and satisfy consumer brain impulses and push propaganda. This creatures not as complex as you describe.
