But what is it

"Audentes Fortuna iuvat" which is something Hans says two times in the entire first game, one of which is during the epilogue so I guess canonically he just keeps spamming it while you're travelling between games.

The quest is a comically evil mustache-twirling white man framing Musa for murder because he's black. You can just not do the quest and let Musa die or do a bunch of fun investigating and defend him in a trial.
