BG3's pozz can be resolved by actual execution - you can kill all of the sodomites. You -cannot- do that in KCD2. BG3 also gives you the option to be a 'custom' character, so you are truly not required to be a ******.

Maybe a generational thing? All through my early years, two men were considered absolutely bone shattering disgusting to women (they could accept two women easier than that). Granted the social programming at that point hadn't gotten to the two men thing in the media much.
