Hate to say it but you mainly see this mindset more from women then you do gay men. Women today have an unhealthy fetish for homosexuality. If they see two men getting along they think that they must want to **** and that it is so hot. The reason for this is because most women have little to no friends who are also women themselves. Since they mostly interact with men they think all men want to do is ****. Because of that they can not fathom why members of the same sex would get along with each other and not want to ****.
