Finished KCD 1 again today. It's funny. Some quests have unparalleled levels of reactivity and alternate methods of achieving goals, but then there are also some of the most dogshit ******** ones I've ever seen where it was clear they just gave up.
For example, when you con your way into the enemy camp. You can freely kill every soldier inside and run away for a few seconds if you get caught to reset aggro. I shot an arrow at the invulnerable story NPC, ran away to reset him and then sat down with him to get given a task to go see the only other character in the camp because he was also essential.
When you come back to beseige the camp later it's at full strength regardless of how many men you killed or stews you poisoned.
Seeing as how Musa is also encountered in an enemy camp, it's going to be more of the same.

Aside from the lack of speed, there's no point to HEMA-inspired animations if the AI doesn't react to player inputs by actually using their guard to deflect blows.
Just funny to focus on the accuracy of the animations and brag about that but then not actually make it that accurate.

First part of Woman's Lot is exhausting, second part is good. My first playthrough was before this came out, and the dog didn't really live up to the hype. He's just kind of there.
From the Ashes and Band of Bastards are the best content in the game.
