Those are all bongs.
Bongs are spiritually American.
Regardless of what they are, Brits are not and never were Europeans. Claiming otherwise is just slander.

Bog dwellers.
The Britons inhabit desolate swampy plains, and possess neither walls, cities, nor tilled fields.

They do not touch the fish which are found in immense and inexhaustible quantities, and instead live on flocks, wild game, and fruit. In the forest they subsist upon bark and roots.

They dwell in tents, naked and unshod, possess their women communally and raise their children in common. Their form of rule is mostly democratic, and given that they are fond of plundering, they consequently choose the boldest men as rulers.

And strangest of all; they are able to endure hunger, cold, or any kind of hardship by plunging into the swamps, where they exist for many days with only their heads above water.

It’s funny how people are now coping saying that having gay romance is ok if it’s now in your face lol. Wasn’t the original goal for KCD to be historical accurate medieval setting that forgo the typical fantasy games that comes out of the market, guess that was all a lie.

Romans couldn't conquer the Briton and seethed endlessly.

It's just cope, as a way to try and make it palatable to the normgroids, because they know the company will collapse if this is all true.

If DV came out and said it was all fake, the drama would fade into nothing in a day or two. However... If DV came out and said it was true, they'd basically have to call in the administrators, because they'd be out of business - so that's why they're silent.

At this point, they're trying to rely on misinformation and 'foot in the door' tactics to make it seem tolerable.

No, Caesar came over to conquer, took one look at Britain, and decided it wasn't worth the bother.

Later rulers were not so wise, but at least they had the good sense not to step into Scotland.

To be fair, Rome did actually conquer the Britons. They didn't really bother with Scotland or Ireland though - because these places didn't really have much to offer the Romans.

It's more that there wasn't really any centralised government to deal with in Scotland, or Ireland, because there were both just full of pirates.

The Romans liked things to be easy, that's the unironic truth.

Should tell you everything you need to know about Britain.
And France, Germany, Scandinavia, Spain... Eastern Europe in general...
Almost like it has nothing to do with the land, and everything to do with the inhabitants being much taller than them.

Obviously I'm in no position to disrespect the ancient Italians, but I've found that this city-dwelling civilisation malarkey isn't so great and would like to return to the swamp after deporting all the ******* and *****, thanks.
