It's kind of a weird fetish but whatever floats your boat i guess.
Libtard detected.
Yes, whoever disagrees with your opinion on a quality of a game that isn't even out yet is clearly a libtard. Especially a game from a lead designer who has a non-profit political organization which is literally anti-libtard and whos literally been fanboying Trump for years. It makes so much sense, that it makes me wonder if that lobotomy which you undergone was of your own wish or if someone forced you?

The game obviously won't be bad, stop being hyperbolic. I just won't endorse giving money to them.

Take your $60 or whatever and find an indie who doesn't put nigs in their game and buy $60 worth of keys for your friends or something.
Indies are not making KCD clones though, they make isometric games with turn-based combat, pixelshit or anything else. I want a game where I can have sword fights. Even if devs are somehow making games with authentic weapons and armors you get **** like Half Sword which has **** movement and combat.

And yet he was no Samurai or anything war-related. He was Nobunaga's pet monkey that went along with him.

Yeah, but he actually existed.

The Musa in the screenshots isn't even meant to be Musa of Mali(who died years prior to the game), but some scholar from Mali who somehow found himself in Bohemia.

I'm just saying that both suck. Assassins Creed should've had Yasuke sitting next to Nobunaga while you play Naoe and some native ronin dude. The Nog from Kangdom Cum is just as bad because he's a ****** from Mali, not from Ethiopia where it might make sense because they were Christian iirc, and add to the fact that he is ******** on europe and christianity while praising his shithole country with his **** ********** imposed religion.

But tbh, this is less about KCD2 but more in general but maybe I should just stop playing games since everytime I looked forward to a game I got let down, and no, playing old games doesn't cut it. I can only play them so much until I grow tired of going through the same story a hundred times.

The "guy having a different job" was also definitely directly in service to Nobunaga, it's what he did that's up for debate β€” almost certainly just a curiosity he kept around as a pet.

AFAIK there's zero evidence for berbers being in Bohemia at that time let alone sub-saharan Africans.
It's not like Prague is some bustling port city with lots of trade, it's a landlocked city in the middle of a continent.

In this, you're right; Nobunaga lived in the mid to late 16th Century - by which time the Portuguese, and Spanish were circumnavigating the world regularly on galleons - taking their slaves with them (blacks).

In the early to mid 15th Century, this was not the case. In fact, the Spanish didn't even make it to America by the time the game is set, and the slave trade had yet to get underway. People also make the simple mistake of assuming that where goods went - people went. This was vanishingly true.

Goods travelled thousands of miles - gems and silk from China were found in Bronze Age England; chinese people were not. Why? Because the chinese sold their gems and silks for gold and gems in the Middle-East, whose traders then sold these goods for wine, and furs from Europe. Because they were not interested in travelling the world, they only wanted the goods from far and away, for good prices back home.

People with limited knowledge of history look at trade routes, and assume people must have travelled them, not realising that goods can travel vast distances without extra need of food, or water; people cannot travel so. Even in the golden-age of sailing, this was still true - the fastest ships of the time still took nearly a month to cross the Atlantic. That means a months worth of food has to be carried for the sailors - leaving limited room for cargo. People have never been expensive enough to justify this; a slave from modern day Poland, was as good at working a field as a slave from China.

Yeah but they've put a Malian in it talking about how his homeland is cleaner, smarter, safer and the women there are treated better in comparison to your homeland and your ancestors. And it's a complete lie meant to spit on you, your ancestors and your homeland.
