You can manage load order, have different mod profiles, import/export for others with copypasta string to auto install a whole list for them, and it makes it so you bypass the annoying mod.io verification on servers. So everyone can have their own mix of approved and verified mods, and the server doesn’t stop you from joining. Conflicts will essentially not exist
