Hijimare's NPC Visual Overhaul - Possible Broken File

Hello,

I'm trying to download some of the NPC overhauls on Makirige's mod page.
However, when I try to download the Resource Dependency, it errors and says "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged".
I use WinRAR for downloading zips if that helps at all. I think the download file on the mod page may be broken.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, yeah, it looks like the upload for v0.9.2.3 is broken. I see makirige uploaded the same file twice at the same time, and one of the archives is broken, might have been a mistake?

This version is old, go to nexus and download new version, or go to patreon and download from tbere.
