While the servers themselves are hosted elsewhere, the machines used for testing, deployment, and backups are stored locally. Unfortunately, we had a sudden severe snow squall that seemed to have caused a surge(?). I'm rather certain I had everything on a surge protector or the UPS. The UPS itself is shot, so I'll have to order a replacement. I don't know what else went with it yet, but I'm going to order a new UPS tonight and begin sorting thru the mess.
If any of you were willing to buy some HQ platinum to kick a coin or two our way to help pay for replacement parts, I'd appreciate it.
Additionally, but related for peace of mind, my house is the offsite backup location for the HQ services, but the backups themselves do not have any offsite storage, this will change soon.
