Any good games developed by women?

Post by Yankee Zulu »

By developed I mean creative director or game director. I just realised Avowed's game director is a woman. I remember steam even had some sort of festival offemale game developers. Cant say I remember any of the games participated.

Didn't Naughty Dog have some broad as one of the bigwigs that worked on Last of Us and then she got ousted and the **** made the sequel into his anti-white, gore fetish game?
"Oh, it all makes sense now, brother."

Quest for Glory games.
Linda Currie with some of the Wizardry games, notably Wizardry 8. Brenda Romero stole her credit by claiming she was in charge, which has been repeatedly disputed by people who would know.

The kind of women who are getting these roles now are the Brenda Romeros (who sucked **** to get her role), not your Linda Currie or Lori.

Here's Robert Sirotek stating that Brenda Romero is lying about her work on Wizardry 8.

He founded Sirtech, the company that developed the Wizardry games.

Amy Hennig, yeah. She was the writer for Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and Uncharted 1-3.

Off the top of my head there;s also Terri Brosius - VA for Shodan in SS2, she was also co-writer for Thief 3 and did level design for 2.

Hard to explain just how much damage current hiring practices have done. Sucking **** was the original DEI, but that only worked for women. There's probably no black game developer close to Derek Smart now, and there won't be until they start hiring based on merit. I can't even think of a black game developer beyond Derek Smart.

Amy Hennig.
She started with the Legacy of Kain games, then made the Jak and Daxter series, the first three Uncharted games and The Last of Us.
Then when the "male feminist" jew ****** pushed her out, you got the little negress merc in Uncharted that could beat up the protagonist and his brother at the same time, and got to skate on being the bad guy at the end for no reason, then lesbian Ellie which developed into TLOU2 with Abby and the jew lesbo girlfriend.

Cuckmann should be hunted down and have the scene reenacted with him as Joel, imo.

You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.
Reject your retarded-wing political programming and learn to think.

Jane Jensen with her Gabriel Knight series, maybe.
I really like the protagonist's personality.

Nope.
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?

Natsuko Ishikawa was a writer for FF14 who used to be popular among the fandom for writing the level 30-50 Dark Knight questline, Doma arc in Stormblood 4.0, and the 5.0 through 5.3 Shadowbringers story. But after 5.3 and what ensued, people began to wonder how much of that was a fluke, and recognized her writing tropes, and then people found out about Yoshida's input, and their view of her began to diminish. I still think Shadowbringers is a good story for a videogame and even JRPGs.

Yep, she also did battlefield hardline, which was apparently dreadful as well. But despite the trash she writes today, I still hold Soul Reaver in very high regard.

Amy Hunnig did great work as a writer, and I love the Legacy of Kain series, but her batting average as a game director is hovering around 0%. There was also a Star Wars game she was working on with Jade Raymond for EA that crashed and burned so badly that it was never released.
