Well it sucks. I'm actually 9 hours in after checking. I think the plot can start to get in gear and stop making me travel to towns to find a woman's purse and watch a married couple argue now.

Got to the time skip finally. The combat is already a lot more interesting now that there are more weapon times and the ability to quickly swap between them.
Also the protagonist is very handsome now and his voice is deep and charming

The game's plot progression is very bizarre. Feel like there's a clear primary goal to be working towards and then you get told to focus on something else completely random. The time skip is the weirdest part to me. So Yonah gets kidnapped and then nothing of note happens for FIVE years. Then suddenly we immediately work on Emil's eyes problem and immediately un-petrify Kaine after like 30 whole real life minutes of that being a plot point. Then we defeat the monster and begin looking for Yonah. Makes the time skip seem weird and pointless. Five years of nothing and then we quickly wrap up every plot thread that created so we can get back to essentially where we were anyway.
