How do you get casuals to play the same games as core? :knight:

Make an option whereby the entire game can be completed by picking a few "personality type" settings and just sometimes flicking right.

The more often you flick right, the more control you have. Maybe flicking right vetoes choices and maybe does a little time rewind?

Core can play the thing normally meanwhile.

TOPIC: Would making this mandatory as an option to toggle screw up actually deep games like Arcanum, Deus Ex, Gothic, Arx,? Could you play less deep ones like Daggerfall or Morrowind like that?

How much actually depends on UI?

Edit: Anyway in an RPG, a complex game, with loot and inventory as usual, though a related question might be, could a platformer be played like this? :bounce:

This is a bad idea because the design will change so that it can be navigated easily by the autopilot function.

Also, the idea that every game should be for every person is deeply flawed. As is the idea that someone needs to complete a game in order to enjoy their purchase. (See: Dark Souls.)
