Deus Ex doesn't peter out towards the end, it gets better. The soundtrack gets better too:

Even though I've never played the game, this theme has always stuck in my head since I first heard it. Here's a wonderful remix that manages to make it even better.

The remake of this game did a great job of adapting the soundtrack without changing the tone too much. (Barring a few tracks) Here's my most memorable track from the game. It sticks out to me since it does such a good job setting the atmosphere along with the story.

Mega Man Zero series has several amazing soundtracks. The games originally were forced to make their soundtracks simplified and compressed due to the very limited GBA soundchip. Fortunately, there were official remixes were released later on that were more in line with the vision that the musicians/developers initially intended. There were 4 official remix soundtracks created for each of the games and 2 created for each anniversary of the series. The 4 remix CDs also have drama tracks as well that added more context to the games' story and events which couldn't be included in the original game due to cartridge size limits. (Although the drama tracks are in Japanese so you'll have to look up a fan translation online.) There so many worth posting here but I limited myself to these 3 since they are my favorites.

Here are the complete soundtracks for anyone interested in listening to them:

Easy one for me... I have a lot of fond memories sitting in a cold room during the wintertime playing this game in the dark as a kid.

I love a good boss theme, and "Megalomania" from Live-A-Live is one of my all time favorites. Even with Live-A-Live's renewed popularity I'm surprised at how little discussed it is. It's got a fantastic energy, and manages to match every one of the main characters' disparate themes to a Tee:

Also love the semi-official Celtic Moon cover of the Final Fantasy IV soundtrack. Something about the creative energies of these 2 spotless Isles, brought together from across the world, soothes my Aryan soul.

This random *** french studio is making a good looking turn-based RPG and the music is definitely one of the highlights.

In general, I think BG3 has really great music that fits the mood. Overall Larian Studio’s games have great soundtrack.

Raphael's song was the most memorable but none of them standout as something I'd listen to outside of the game.

As much as I hate agreeing with her, the soundtrack of bg3 does have some very good tracks.

I liked Raphael's theme, it was very fitting to have the incredibly narcissistic devil sing his own theme.
