Lordaeron - normal wotlk
Icecrown - wotlk but with like 7x xp and ****
Blackrock - some pvp centric one
Frostwolf - ***** expansion

Sick with my own bs now but still working away on some characters and projects. Went with a diff name and theme. MGS OST on for matches when I can.




Started off strong with a clean hat-trick for game 1.

You can host your own WoW Classic server with thousands of bots that run around doing quests, have conversations with you, list things on the auction house, and do dungeons+battlegrounds+raids. You can even invite friends.

Tried out that Ascension "Elune" server last night. Got to 10. Was a decent distraction from pain/discomfort for a couple hours. Gave me Bear form, Swipe (bear form) and some random Hunter abilities which I can't use in Bear form if I stick with it: Mongoose Bite, Raptor Strike, and Defensive Stance (can't use in Bear form either) from Warrior. Bad rolls I guess for random abilities. Seems I can reroll abilities with Scrolls of some name I can't recall, which I haven't found none of yet. A lot of menus/tabs of info, quests and daily's for some new server based currency's, something about ability "cards" ? etc.... A lot going on. I just played normally with what I was rolling randomly for skills up to Goldshire/Fargodeep Mine area, trying to learn as I go.

Have to hide chat, way too much yapping. Human starter zone was packed. Going Tank if possible.
If anyone wants to try it out with me / assist with me learning this mess of menus/new stuff at some point let me know. If we can get enough for a full 5 man that'd be cool. Name is 'Klassix" with a K as some goof took my name spelt with a C already so that isn't me. We can roll new toons, do a Hardcore run, etc.. doesn't matter.

Nice. a buddy I knew from highschool Mike went to a Con once, not sure if it was that one or "Comic" and got an autographed poster I think or shirt of Phantom Menace and the actor did a display with a prop. He knows his stuff apparantly.

From what I remember about him, he wasn't an actor, but actually a consultant who they decided to use rather than train an actor.

After the Orcs invaded Azeroth and destroyed the Kingdom of Stormwind, the Alliance was for. Human paladin Turalyon and Silvermoon high elf Alleria became renowned Alliance heroes and generals, defeated the Orcs on Azeroth and launched a counterattack on the Orc homeworld of Draenor. An Orcish shaman Ner'zhul opened up portals to other worlds, destroying Draenor in the process. Alleria and Turalyon escaped through one of those portals.

In Legion the Draenei build another spaceship, the Vindicaar, and fly us to their homeworld of Argus, which had become the capital of the Burning Legion. We link up with the Army of the Light and find that Alleria and Turalyon have been fighting with them for thousands of years. WoD retconned the cosmology and magic of the setting, so now the Light and the "Void" are bow two sides of the same coin/the same physical magic force/material. If you recall TBC then the Naaru Muru, a Light being, turned shadow (now retconned into Void). Well Alleria was researching Void energy under the tutelage of an ethereal, to the dismay of the Army of the Light's leader Xe'ra and got thrown in jail. Illidan blows Xe'ra up.

After the defeat of the Legion, Alleria and Turalyon return to the Alliance on Azeroth. Alleria wants to continue researching Void powers, goes to Silvermoon and nearly corrupts the Sunwell with Void magic. Lor'themar tells her to stay away. Alleria finds a few other elves who were researching the Void or were out of favor with Lor'themar, and they teleport to an asteroid floating in space and set up camp there to do void stuff.

Most WoW RPers don't give a hoot about the Void stuff and just use them to play as Alliance loyal high elves. Alliance High Elves were one of the most popular player race requests, but when Void Elves were introduced Blizzard didn't give the fans what they wanted and they only had putple tentacle elf customizations. Ion Hazziokostas was rather meanspirited about this. "If you want to play a veautiful fair skinned elf, the Horde is ready and waiting for you". The abysmal fandom morale during Shadowlands lawsuit and the WoW exofus to FF14 caused Blizzard to patch in nornal high elf customizations for void elves.

Coincidence? Guild name still up, had a few whispers asking what it meant, directed them here. The Light was with with me this week for 5-0 on this guy.
