Wow! This is quite the project. I went through my downloads to clean out some other replacers I was using because I prefer the look of yours. Thank you so much for the effort you've put into these and for sharing them as well.
Firstly, thanks for the Mod. Greatly appreciate the fight-back against... well, thank you. The version I was using has mal-functioned (IIRC 1.0), so I'm now 'updating' for the first time and wondering what this 'generated folder' thing means? I can't find it in the usual ...Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data folder nor ...AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods where all the paks are... am I missing something or is this an incidental issue?lexo1000 wrote: β February 15th, 2024, 09:35You can now install it with BG3 Mod Manager as usual (don't forget to remove old files in Generated folder).
My half-elf Drow needs his looks back.

If you don't see any Generated folder in your game folder, so it's fine and you can just install the latest version with BG3MM.
Ah, I'm glad with some changes, but absolutely devasted with the removal of wrinkles on old faces and scars :<
Incredible amount of work done, though.

So only teenagers and oldfags exist? True 1980s fantasy
Thank you for making this
Out of curiosity though, is the only difference with the Better Aesthetics mod that some of the humans keep african themed appearances? And that the only thing that changes in that mod is skincolor?
The two mods are totally different & complementary. Please carefully read their descriptions.nielspeterdejong wrote: β March 15th, 2024, 18:06Thank you for making thisOut of curiosity though, is the only difference with the Better Aesthetics mod that some of the humans keep african themed appearances? Every now and then I see a little nightmare fuel on certain heads. Dammon, for example, in Act 1 when he leans in to listen to Karlach's heart, his eyes and teeth shift out of his face for a split second.
Please share a save when it's happens. Are you sure you don't have any files from older version of the mod in your Data folder?

My mistake actually. It looks like this was caused by a conflicting mod that I forgot about. Too many good face changers floating around and we can't have them all.
Thank you for your hard work!
It clearly necessitated a lot of effort on your part, but i believe it would benefit greatly if you could make it modular, rather than one big all-encompassing mod..
While i like some of the replacements, mainly the de-wokification of fantasy races faces, i find there's a level of detail lost (like scars, imperfections) that added to the feel of the game.
Some races like the Githyanki i believe could also do without wholesale modifications.
Tho in the end, that's just my personal opinion.
Good luck maintaining and updating this!

PasDeBras. You can just unpak the mod with LSlib toolkit, remove what you don't like, and then repak it.
Can you find something to replace the man buns with? Great job on the faces!
Is this an improved alternative to BBA and not intended to be used alongside with it? If it can be used with it, which do I load first?
I knew I was home here when I saw this.
If feedback is welcome:
If feedback is welcome:
- some faces, esp. female, look more ethnic after the changes
- some of the very rounded eyebrows look weird
- many of the male faces look gay after
- I feel like all the short races generally really benefited though! esp. the non-dwarves
- why do all the women have stronger and bushier eyebrows?

I've used Realms Restored many times now and I do love it, but some of these vanilla head adjustments are really rad and I do like to use them occasionally! Unfortunately it looks like I can't download them anymore? Is there a way the download links can be reactivated?
Thank you!
