Overview
Remove the annoying pop-up and audio from perk activation and various events.
One exception, i have noticed in the quick testing i'v done that the very first persuasion check that we succeed trigger the little pop-up, as shown in the image above.
But it did not show up in other speech check after the first one so far. Maybe it is part of a tutorial thing ?

Installation
- Install with a mod manager.
To uninstall, if using vortex or manual installation, remove the moded files from your Data folder.
It can be tedious to find them, Mod Organiser 2 is recommended to avoid such things.
