Yeah, technically there is a way around it by obtaining a "land deed", but it is a very long and detailed process to obtain. If you do though, it can't be taken, it is absolute ownership and is immune to seizure which makes liens, fees, etc... have no power as it concerns the land itself (won't stop them taking your money some other way though).

Though these days, I don't think it matters how much "law" you have on your side, most people these days act like ******* and could care less about the law anyway.

Yeah I am not on board with the liberturdian garbage of "all taxes are theft". I leave that to teenagers and misguided commies. Taxes are not a contribution to society itself but a consequence of creating that value. Still has nothing to do with the argument though.

Some things are needed, but if you were to truly implement taxes as what they should be for the things they are constitutionally intended, they would be very little.

It's even worse in the UK for property rights, you have to go to whatever the equivalent is to a city council, and have them decide to allow you to be able to build anything on property like a tool shed. You need the governments permission to build a tool shed. What a ****** country.

Regardless, the biggest problem with the US is the delusion that they think they are free. Nobody alive today has lived in a free US and it is arguable how long it was truly "free" since its inception.

Income Tax, SS, Medicare, Medicade, Welfare, Alphabet agencies, standing army, 1934 firearms act, Civil War, etc... the US is not free and has not been free.

I am not saying other places are better, but the reality is that the reason we have continued to become more and more communist is because people keep lying to themselves about being free. FFS most of the staunch conservatives out there would defend the majority of absolutely unconstitutional aspects of our government, they, just like the commies, would simply give some rationalized reason as to why its needed.

edit: oh and by the way, they aren't worried about guns. Americans won't use them because they are Frogs in a pot of water and if at any time government finds an individual or group to be a real threat, they just eliminate them anyway, regardless of guns and it is a blip on the news while most Americans just shrug it off and move about their business.

I always get a kick out of twerps that think you can't get a gun outside of the US. Well, you can. (Depending on country of course!) I even have one. And more to the point, you can carry a rifle on your shoulder from the house to the car without your neighbors having a literal heart attack. Try that in California. Or even worse: New York City! Yes, the place I stayed the longest in the US was a huge Ron Paul enclave. But elsewhere he seemed generally hated without much reason. During my time in Texas, I even heard so-called conservatives call him a "nut". When I asked why, they could usually never articulate a reason. The one time a guy was able to give a reason it was because he was for a more isolationist foreign policy. Me: "So, like George Washington then?" Guy: "Uhhhh, no that's different."

And don't get me started on the hassles I had to go through to get any actual US history in the **** US. No I don't want to learn about some crap mud hut filth hole on the other end of the stupid planet, US **** HISTORY PLEASE! But that's for another post for another day.

Some people indeed lacking resourses to develop an aaa-game. Hovewer, they have talent. That is why Enderal mod for Skyrim is better than ALL Bethesda games combined. The problem of current gamedev industry that most of the aaa-teams lead by talentless people who's goal only to chase trends and print money, they don't care about making actually great games. That's where indie dev's and modders come in. They don't have millions and megacorps behind them, but still making games that you will remember.
