I think it's a vanilla bug but I removed No Mo Culling just in case. Maybe we don't need it since zombie respawns are off

We immediately got a horde night after making the meth (which shouldn't be possible) so I'm gonna go ahead and make it canon that it was divine retribution for our sins.
