So, finished BG3 yesterday (PS5) and this could have been one of the best games I've played if all acts were constructed/designed and implemented like Act 1 - unfortunately Larian destroyed everything good about the game with almost the entire chapter 3. I understand they had "help" by a fanfiction Reddit'er in this. Hopefully they realize this was a mistake.
That said, the endgame was cool enough. Deleted the game from PS5 since I play it on PC as well, and will likely not install it on PS5 again unless Larian themselves or orinesque and several others can fix all that is wrong with the game (basically everything from when one frees dame Aylin) - either by using the official tools we are about to get access to, or other means.

Act 2: 5-6/10
most of Act 3: 2/10
Act 3 endbattle: 8/10
Astarion Der Kleine Vampir: 0/10 (this NPC should be modded out of the game ENTIRELY)

Someone clearly took offense by my assessment of the useless Billy Idol-clone Astarion.
If I play through BG3 again, I'll killl that useless twerp in the first encounter, and turn Wyll into a rogue/warlock instead.
Or better yet, turn Astarion over to the Gur hunter.
If given a choice between Astarion/Der Kleine Vampir/Billy Idol/Vergil and a negroe, the negroe wins the day every time.
