It does. There's even a prosthetics skill added so you get better at using it over time. We need to find a prosthetics magazine and an actual prosthetic first tho.

I think the base is ready to be put to the test with horde/bandit mods now. Just make sure you set the bandits to have really low spawn rates and can't destroy barriers
