What are we thinking? Is this ever actually going to be finished, or is it just going to keep getting delayed and changing hands until somebody does the right thing and cancels it?

There's no inventory.

There's. No. Inventory.

The people who made this are literal *******.

Don't worry. I'm sure there'll be plenty of time to implement, remove and reimplement an inventory a dozen times by the time this game is canceled in 2030.

Does this even have to be asked? **** will never be finished because the devs are incompetent and the source material only appeals to fat ***** now, whom are not a powering purchasing block.

The release window has been updated to first half 2025? Guess I must have forgotten it, but I really didn't know that **** was supposed to come out earlier than that. At least they are somewhat "smart" about it and don't give a fixed release date, and let's be honest, even this one they will likely miss.

It's gonna be a walking sim with some bad Dishonored combat and a cringe story.

If this game doesn't have a song like this playing in a club, it's even more ****.

We're 20 years away from 2004, I don't believe any clubs play music like that now.

It'd be like a 2004 person expecting a club to play Bela Lugosi's Dead.

The aesthetic of the era contributes so much to the look of Bloodlines. It wouldn't be the same with egirls and trap music.

This is what they're going for, it's not the extreme pivot you're thinking.

It was an exaggeration for comedic effect, but the song you've posted still activates my MKULTRA ultimate killer programming.

I stopped hoping for this game after another "coming next year" title. Even if it gets released, the plot is going to be a predictable bland DEI dogshit, starring Big Bad Evil White Dude™ and (l)awful good Big Dawg Stacy latina Toreador girlboss.

In 2024? Possibly yes. White-Wolf was literally one of the first publishers to be invaded by pozz once internet was given to normies, some prime Twitterati of modern age saw their humble beginnings on the WW boards. One day, remember me to tell you the tale of how Exalted was basically wrestled by a loud minority and brought to its knees.

As for back in the day, VtM was easy on rules, light on combat and heavy on interpretation. And in the '90 the Anne Rice's novels were all the craze. You had all kind of people playing those games. For a brief time, if someone had played exactly one pnp system in his or her life, that had a strong chance of being an iteration of Vampires. The early success amongst normies is what pushed for all the libshit to start flooding in btw, you still had edgy content but after it was made relatively popular, things like mind-eye theater started popping in, the early onset of DEI and pearlclutching in the fluff, the 2nd edition of Werewolf that puts much more emphasis on environmental **** and such.

And not to point out how Rusty is wrong in principle, evenmore so I'd never use this point as anything but detrimental for the growth of the system per se but the only pnp system that used to attract hot chicks (90% of which goths) was VtmB. So I'd like to answer his point asking how he imagines the average D&D, CoC, Traveller or Cyberpunk player. Bonus point if you also imagine your average board game enthusiasts and collectible card players as Cavill lookalikes.

I come to this forum as something of an antidepressant therapy (oh wait, mental illness isn't real, nevermind).

God, the turds that come out of my *** in the morning are more fuckable than this pallid potato.
