The best you can do with current available mods is to just completely remake her with Appearance edit mod https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/899, which might not work in certain cutscenes and her kissing animations are most likely going to be broken lol

How did you get this to work? Every time I have tried this the head appears molded into the torso.

I wouldn't suggest using Appearance Edit Enhanced. The code is slop and it has tons of bugs and issues. And it'll break your save every patch unless the ****** modder decides to **** out a fix.

You have to make a complete new character from the start, but as loregamer said above forget about updating your game if you use that mod.Although final supposed big patch will probably break saves anyway
