I literally just downloaded Datamined Shadowheart on Nexus and then I see you posted a better version! **** you, stalker. Or...pre-emptive stalker
I made this quite a while ago, much like the Karlach one. Only tweaked it a little before release and made sure the LODs work as they are on the original.
It might be possible to change it but it requires the armature to be altered significantly.
Something like this would be better maybe:

Am I the only one that thinks this looks like ****, or am I getting stockholm syndrome from all the manfaced women in vidya? It looks like her neck is huge, and her nose and eyes looks massive compared to her lower face area. Doesn't look harmonic to me and makes her look uglier, or maybe my brain is hijacked by ********. It's over.

It's harmonious enough but your eyes are already used to the other, so it's going to look uncanny.
I don't particularly have a problem with the original, but others complained that the original is not as good as the Datamined version that preceded it, and prefer the reduced lower face.
Although with the Datamined version, I didn't like how the eyes were altered.
Any reduction of the jaw/ lower face is going to exaggerate the length of the neck unfortunately.

It's certainly cuter, but perhaps too babyfaced for Shart. I would prefer if the face was further tweaked to make her features sharper. Hopefully, one day someone recreates concept art Shart.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that is the Datamined model with a slightly different texture
In any case I did sharpen up the nose with this one. I hope someone adds the hairstyles though.
There is a difference between mine and the Datamined one, in that I left the upper part of the face like the default.
If you want to use the Datamined head, here is something that fixes the seam: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/11166
I'd argue this is even more baby-faced:

They look nothing alike.

Is there any proof that the "datamined" head actually exists? I tried looking it up but the only source is the modder claiming he datamined it.
I'd argue this is even more baby-faced:
I obviously meant the goth girl concept art heads, but I guess I should have specified that
You need to get your eyes checked. The only noticeable differences are the freckles, less realistic skin texture, and the fact that it doesn't have a long looking neck.

Yep, it's still in the game-files but it's no longer used. If you don't know how to use the Multitool to check for yourself, then you can either continue to be unusually paranoid about it, or just trust that this mundane fact is true. It was called "Datamined" since Early Access, but to be honest that implies there is more work involved than there was. There are other heads like that, such as the gruff Karlach one, and a head for the guise of the Hag in Act 3 (they turned her into a sheboon).

I know, I just wanted to point that out as you said "baby-faced" didn't suit the character.

Face blindness is a *****, huh.

Cool. Were there any datamined Minthara heads that didn't make her look like a *****?

Why did you need to point that out if you know.
Feel free to sculpt something yourself since you're clearly so gifted with faces
There's no alt Minthara head.
I'm sure you can comprehend if you try hard enough.

The in-game model actually looks very similar to concept art, but every part of the face was slightly tweaked to make her look uglier and older. How much effort would it take to edit the head to match the concept art one?

I might just do it myself. Can't trust people with anything these days. How hard is it, thoughever? Is it as simple and idiot proof as loading the model into blender and using the push tool?

This one is the vanilla ingame one, right? If so I just do not get the sentiment of it being older and uglier. Looks very good to me

Petty much, you just need the Blender Collada Addon for BG3, and then you have to create new LODs to match.
Make sure you create the same export order & number of LODs as the original, with the same distances.
Save as a .dae, and convert that into a GR2 using LSlib, with "Flip animations" unselected.

It's okay. That's why I said uglier and not ugly. The concept art is like solid 9 and in-game Shart is maybe a 7. The question is, why make a 7 when you could make a 10?
all that concept art except for the brown haired full-body one is drawn directly on top of a reference 3D female head mesh fyi
thought it was obvious, guess not

Yes, exactly, it seems to me like a very early version of the 'Datamined' head, and what they were focusing on there is what kind of hairstyle to give her.

No, it's not. What the **** are you talking about? Grug no understand.
